We do not collect your email address, real name, or any financial information via FlakeTrader.
FlakeSecure is built on a zero-knowledge principle. Private keys never leave your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
FlakeTrader data is retained as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time. Access logs are purged after 30 days. Waitlist emails are deleted upon request or once the waitlist period ends.

FlakeTrader is a Discord bot that provides simulated trading functionality using fictional in-game currency ("Flake Coins" or ₣). Market data displayed is sourced from third-party providers and is for informational and entertainment purposes only. FlakeTrader does not constitute financial advice.
FlakeSecure is an authentication service consisting of a mobile application and browser extension. It provides password-free login capabilities for supported websites and applications.
Nothing on FlakeTrader or any other Flake product constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trades are simulated using fictional currency. Past simulated performance does not indicate future real-world results. SnowyStudio accepts no liability for any real financial decisions made based on information obtained through our services.
The following conduct is prohibited:
All intellectual property in Flake products — including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and branding — belongs to SnowyStudio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowyStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SnowyStudio in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
